The Bulls Head, April 2001
Mainly a diners pub offering high quality food. This Elizabethan pub beside the A3400 is very popular so it's best to book ahead. They specialise in unusual fish dishes though they have a wide range of other dishes on offer including seared duck breast with honey and spices. They do cater for drinkers too with a smart L-shaped lounge bar though be careful of the ceiling if you are tall. The service at the bar is quick and efficient, though a little slower in the dining room if it is busy. Beerwise they've around four real ales on offer including Fullers London Pride, a well know award winning dominantly hoppy beer(abv. 4.1%).
